Group for Highly Sensitive People (HSP)
Mondays at 600pm

This is for those who are often overwhelmed or easily overstimulated by their environments and consider themselves sensitive. Here we can speak candidly about our sensitive experiences as well as practice & build different tools to work with our sensitivity. These tools relate to somatic experiencing, movement, and practical ways to create systems and structure that support highly sensitive nervous systems. Each meeting we will start with meditation or movement before we chat and learn together.
Yin Yoga For Nervous System Reset
Tuesdays at 10:00am

​Jessica leads a gentle yoga class grounded in her 200 hour yoga teacher training, as
well as from her certification in psychosomatic therapy and restorative yoga. Whether you are seeking grounding, inner calm, or a deeper mind-body connection, Jessica strives to create a space where you can step away from life’s demands and find peace and presence.
Holosomatic (Psychedelic) Breathwork
Tuesdays at 6:00pm

This immersive, trauma-informed breath work class invites you to access expanded states of awareness through guided, rhythmic breathing. Supported by intentional music played through noise cancelling headphones, this experience can unlock deep emotional release, heightened clarity, and profound connection to self. Props and eye masks provided, dress comfortable and bring a beach towel, water, journal.
Community Mom Group (Keiki welcome)
Thursdays at 10:30am

Group for New Mothers & Mothers To Be - This is a space for expecting mothers as well as mothers with littles who are looking for a supportive community. Here we can be ourselves– real talk about what it is to become and be a mother. Here we can laugh, we can cry, and we can simply show up exactly as we are. It takes a village... consider this the part of your village where you get to be held exactly as you are. Keiki are welcome (but you can also come without them)!
Psychosomatic Group Courses
Thursdays at 5:00pm

​This series blends foundational alignment and face reading to offer a fuller picture of how life experiences, stress, and innate traits live in the body. It's a practical, grounded approach to self-understanding that doesn't ask you to believe anything-only to notice. Leave feeling more at ease, with greater clarity about your patterns and a more supportive relationship with your body.
Mat Pilates
Fridays at 8:15am

Mat Pilates with Lucero is a low impact, core strengthening workout using your body’s weight and props to improve overall body conditioning, flexibility and postural alignment. Focusing on controlled movements and utilizing deep breathing techniques Pilates contributes to better physical health and wellbeing.
Introduction to Tai Chi
Saturdays at 10:00am

Introduction to Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing course designed to teach foundational movements, breathwork, and internal balance. Rooted in Yang-style Tai Chi, it promotes relaxation, coordination, and energy awareness. Ideal for beginners, this practice cultivates mindfulness, posture, and calm strength through slow, meditative movement.
Composure Training: Mental Training for High Performers
Wednesday February 25th at 7:00pm

Join us for Composure Training, a powerful mental performance workshop led by sport psychologist Chris Pierce, MS. Designed for high performers and competitive athletes, this session will teach you how to regulate your nervous system, use stress as fuel instead of friction, and apply a proven 90-second composure technique to elevate your performance under pressure.
Death Cafe

Engage in open, honest conversations about death in a relaxed and supportive setting. There is no agenda, just meaningful dialogue and a chance to explore and embrace life’s final journey. Iced tea and cookies provided!
Soul Collage: Aligning Your Intuition

Join us for a special Soul Collage class that falls on a Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse. The number 3 represents the mind, body, and spirit, making this a period for holistic alignment. Community Reiki Share

Come join us for a FREE Reiki evening! Whether you're new to Reiki or experienced, we’ll share insights about this healing practice and offer everyone the chance to both give and receive Reiki energy.
Community Movie Night
Friday March 16th at 5:30pm

Join Dali Pyzel, owner and founder of Mind Balance Hawaii, for a screening of the documentary "Pain Brain", exploring how the brain can heal chronic pain through psychology and neuroscience. Stay for a brief discussion on brain-based therapies like neurofeedback and FSM. Free admission. Grief Support Group

Join a compassionate community where you can share as much or little as you’d like about your grief journey in a safe and supportive space. First Degree Reiki Class
Saturday March 21st at 9:30am

First Degree Reiki training is your starting point—whether for personal healing or for a future practice. You’ll begin using Reiki right away and leave with the ability to treat yourself and offer it to loved ones. You’ll learn core techniques, explore how Reiki supports wellness and medical care, and connect with its history, philosophy, and guiding principles.
Second Degree Reiki Class

Second Degree Reiki helps you bring Reiki into more areas of your life by expanding your skills with techniques for distant and non-touch treatment—supporting relationships, decisions, challenges, and goals, no matter where or when. With the introduction of sacred symbols, your practice gains new focus in depth, making Reiki a more integrated tool for daily life and long-term growth.
Intuitive Dance Class

This class is designed to help you reconnect to your body by learning how to listen, respond, and express the sensations, feelings, and emotions in your body through movement. From booty shaking to slow flow, we will explore what it means to express through movement. Part of the class will be guided movement and part of the class you will have the opportunity to move intuitively, exploring your unique expression. No previous dance experience required!
Pet Loss Grief Support Group

Our pets become our family and the grief from their death can sometimes feel very lonely. If you are looking for a supportive community to share about and better understand the physical and emotional impacts of grief, please join us as we remember our pets with love and shared compassion.
Art Therapy: Inspiration Series

Writing Cohort

Writing is such a solitary endeavor. Let’s share the experience of the journey together.
This is a space to stoke and support our creative fires. A space to carve out time to let our projects breathe freely from pressures and distractions. Taryn will offer writing prompts to help get the juices flowing. We will then take time to write, followed by (optional) sharing. Bring anything that helps you step into the flow of your creative river.
Kokedama: Japanese Plant Art Workshop

Experience the calming art of Kokedama — the Japanese practice of creating moss-covered plant spheres. In this hands-on class, you’ll craft your own living piece of art while connecting with nature, mindfulness, and the joy of simple creation. Listen to the plants, get to the roots, rebuild and learn lessons along the way.
Guided Somatic Meditation with Sound Bath

Weekly group class for holistic wellness and wellbeing incorporating multiple somatic (body-based) practices for settling the mind, connecting inward and building a compassionate dialogue within yourself. This 60 min class includes a dynamic blend of:
- Gentle fascial release
- Down regulating Breathwork
- Meditation
- Somatic practice or Vagus Nerve Exercise
- Sound bath with crystal sound bowls.
